Atlas is a monthly show hosted by Barbarelle in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Connecting different parts of the world with obscure tracks, Barbarelle takes us through a deep and evolving sonic landscape. From Ambient, Experimental and Jazz, to Latin, African and Middle East sounds, this imaginary musical journey evoques the -both subtle and deep- connection between worlds, existent and imaginary.
Barbarelle is joined by special guests from Canada: BADBADNOTGOOD – On this episode they select some of their favourite songs (argentinian artists included!) and Barbarelle has a conversation with Al Sowinski to talk about their latest release ‘Mid Spiral’ and so much more.

Canadian ensemble BADBADNOTGOOD made their name by crossing genre. This seamless movement between style hit hard when they took hip hop into jazz and vice versa.
BADBADNOTGOOD formed in 2010, moving between three and four members before establishing its current line up in 2015. The band, aka Alexander Sowinski (drums), Chester Hansen (bass) and Leland Whitty (guitar and woodwinds), met on the Humber College jazz program in Toronto.
