“The short pieces that stitch the main tracks together are recordings from a portable thingy walking around Morocco and the straight Morocc stuff I snatched off cassettes from a record hut. Some may be slower or edited down from the original with analog fx added at times. Other stuff is some new jams! A bit embarrassed that I lack info about the Moroccan artists, but there is just nearly zero information about them online. Perhaps in French or Arabic but beyond that only a couple image/text posts from those who purchased some of the same cassettes.” – Brian LeBarton
