GREEN ROOM PARA TODXS
07.08.20

Tune in and join a behind-the-scenes conversation on how ‘overground music’ is produced and consumed around the world, and who are the marginalized communities and subcultures that inspired or created pop music anthems before erasure.
As a veteran DJ with worldwide fame for creating a genre of global bass fusing Dutch House with reggaeton, Dave Nada aka David Villegas has seen a lot of green rooms in his life – starting in Japan as a teen while touring with his punk bandmates from DC.
Marimarre aka Marion Deschamps is a French journalist freshly imported to LA after almost a decade living in Ecuador, Cuba and Venezuela, reporting about music and grassroots struggles during the day, DJing at night for radically non-binary collectives like Pacha Queer and Sin Verguenza.
Every 2nd Wednesday of the month, we’ll be diving into the deeper and darker sides of the mainstream music industry, and try to bridge the communities that make the dancefloors a fiercer place all across the world.
