Her Vision Her Voice is a radio show celebrating the voices of women, women of color, and women in the LGBTQ+ community who are redefining the music and film industries. Hosted by Elyn Kazarian, the show features bold conversations with trailblazers who have turned obstacles into opportunities, using their vision to amplify their voices and inspire change. Paired with a dynamic, hand-curated soundtrack in the first hour by Elyn, Her Vision Her Voice is a space for resilience, creativity, and empowerment to take center stage.

Kat Webber is a Canadian director and editor working across music videos, film, television, and commercial work, with a focus on amplifying the female gaze through emotionally grounded, visually immersive storytelling.
As an editor, she has shaped work for artists including SZA, Coldplay, Drake, Chloë, and Kendrick Lamar, and was part of the team behind two JUNO Award winning music videos, including luther directed by Karena Evans.
Her film and television credits include editing Emma Higgins’ SXSW 2025 debut feature Sweetness, additional editing on STARZ’s P-Valley, and lead editing on Robyn Hood.
As a director, Kat has worked with artists like Ciara, G-Eazy, and Kiana Ledé, and has been recognized by Complex as one of Canada’s Top 10 Music Video Directors. Across her work, she is known for building kinetic, dreamlike visual worlds that balance emotional honesty with a strong cinematic point of view.
