This mix is my sonic self-portrait — spanning my work as Francesco Fusaro and my club alias Froz — mapping the route from early dancefloors to my latest album, “Su Carta”. Alongside disco, house, techno, trip-hop, breakcore, ambient, and modern/contemporary classical, you’ll hear my own remixes, mashups, and bootleg-style edits: a snapshot of what I listen to, and how I re-digest it into my language.
Francesco Fusaro, also known as Froz, is a music producer, journalist, curator, NTS Radio resident DJ, and musicologist. He writes about music for Italian and international outlets and releases his own work under his name and a handful of aliases. He co-runs the ‘anti-classical’ recording series 19’40” and the no-genre netlabel MFZ Records, and curated, edited, and contributed to Norient’s book Sonic Traces: From Italy.
