Middle Pillar Sounds is a spiritual, conscious, and creative hub, supported by listening journeys designed to assist astrological and metaphysical, personal and collective energetic processes. The project was born in London in 2019 from the idea of that ‘sweet spot’, the Middle Pillar according to the Hermetic Principle of Polarity. That centered space to feel aligned with Oneness and our unique experience as humans. Music is the healing force, and how we experience it is the healing alchemy. jon limon has his life, his heart and his things spread out across the world, a fact that informs his eclectic musical taste and output. Having recently uprooted from blue-sky Barcelona to a more detached, hermit-in-the-woods existence in the rolling hills of Chiapas, jon performs on a weekly basis in the bustling water holes of San Cristobal de las Casas, experimenting always with new sounds, styles and concepts.

Through most of his work permeates the unmistakable influence of his love for jazz, burning brightly in its youth, a nascent discovery that revivified his pursuit of music after having somewhat abandoned the craft in his early twenties to try his hand in the world of film. With might and main, jon writes and teaches music from his home studio, always with the intention of imbuing that which he creates with humour and commentary about serious topics, like love, climate change, and his dog, for example.

His debut EP, ´Mount Fuzz´, drops in April.
