The Orbit

Kate Berry is a British photographer based in LA. Her eclectic music taste is representative of years on the dance-floors of clubs and venues across Manchester, London, Bristol and her far-reaching travels and experiences.
As well as being a loyal plus-one to her DJ and musician friends, she has spent the last 15 years exploring the world, meeting people from a wide range of backgrounds, documenting her life in colorful, honest photographs. She lives for a great story and invites you to join her in The Orbit, where she’ll be sharing some of them, along with a varied soundtrack of past and present tunes.
This show is dedicated to Kate’s time spent at Salmon Creek Farm last November, living with two friends in a former 70s commune now owned by artist Fritz Haeg, amongst the giant redwoods in Northern California. Kate plays a selection of tracks representing and inspired by their time there.
