Leah King is a musician, producer, and audiovisual installation artist based in LA. Leaning heavily into the Black roots of techno and house, her sets journey through the deep and complicated sonic influences of her former homes – Oakland, Brooklyn, and Berlin. She has been a member of female:pressure electronic music network since 2013, and is finishing up a MFA where she wrote her masters thesis on techno loops, sonic utopias, and liberatory nightlife.
