Today Maude Vôs celebrates their recent EP release on Scuffed Recordings with a set on dublab. The EP entitled, Unearthed is an abstract leftfield club record capturing the textural landscape of Maude’s home in Topanga. Maude transformed numerous field recordings with granular synthesis techniques and wove them alongside cinematic strings, synths, bells and vocals to compose the 3 tracks. Maude then reached out to 2 esteemed producers, Parisian artist Trypheme and the Brussels based artist Leese for remixes of the compositions. The EP features vocals from the Oregon singer songwriter, SOLARPLEXXUS for a femme fronted record. This record embodies protection, conservation, connection and release. Maude hopes you enjoy this hour of nature inspired electronica for an entry into the spring season.
