Yes, we will email you. If you signed up for Automatic Renewal, you will be informed that your current membership is ending and has been automatically renewed.
Not at all! In fact, our members are all over the planet. We will mail your thank you gifts wherever you live.
We will send you an email requesting new credit card or Paypal info. You can also email us at donate@dublab.com.
Not a problem. If you want to change your membership level, just email us at donate@dublab.com and we’ll take it from there. And if you decide not to continue donating every month, let us know at donate@dublab.com and we will cancel your membership immediately.
