Join host ANTHNY GBRIEL as he takes you on a sonic journey where he’ll dive into the beautifully misunderstood culture of the Party Crew scene to celebrate the iconic Ditch Parties that once lit up Los Angeles, California. He welcomes all vatos, vatas, groovers, breakers and go-go girls to relive those monumental moments that still resonate in the heart of so many Angelenos.
On this month’s edition of D1TCH P4RTY, ANTHNY GBRIEL is joined by Escaliente.
Danny Escalante, also known as Escaliente, is a native of South Central Los Angeles with Mexican and Salvadoran heritage. His musical style is diverse, encompassing Cumbia Colombiana, Banda, Dembow, and Latin hits from the new millennium. If it’s upbeat and in Spanish, you can be sure he’ll play it.
Escaliente is a resident DJ for I Love Micheladas’ “First Fridays,” one of the largest monthly Latin parties in Los Angeles. Additionally, he curates his own highly successful Latin party series called Cuatro Por Cuatro (4×4), which also based in Los Angeles.
