HOUR ONE: Spooky Sounds with Count Nicula
It’s every fiends favorite time of year and our resident ghoul has combed through the Bob Baker Marionette Theatre’s endless library of vinyl to find and play for you some songs that are a little spooky, some songs that are a little kooky and some songs that are a little… funky? TUNE IN AND HEAR FOR YOURSELF

About the DJ: Count Nicula (BBMT puppeteer, Nic Cowan) is a Los Angeles native and professional illustrator/designer. He has a love for cartoons, spooky things, coffee, cats, tiki bars, flea markets and of course music! He can often he found flipping through the stacks of the local record store in hopes to add to his ever-growing (but modest) collection of vinyl!

HOUR TWO: Dr. A.E. Monofilament
Dr. A.E. Monofilament drops the needle of musical love – curing all ailments across Los Angeles! Dr. A.E. Monofilament is a licensed puppetoligist, specializing in the healing powers of stringed objects.

About the DJ: Published in one billion marionette medical journals, Dr. A.E. Monofilament successfully postulates that music and puppets make the world a better place. The Doctor’s origins have been disputed- some say they were born in the English countryside inspired by “Thunderbirds”, others have theorized the Doctor’s roots are in the American south.
