Callie’s monthly dublab program, Cuts 01, is an enmeshment of carefully curated sonic selections which evoke, mimic and pay homage to bodily systems and emotions felt and created in the gut. Using field recordings and evocative samples Callie chooses the contents of her show by selecting cross genre compositions which have the unifying intention of acknowledging, honoring and exploring both emotional and physical comforts and challenges alike through the dynamic and fluid medium of sound and voice.
