Diner is a musician born in late-1990s China, whose work bridges Eastern musical traditions with contemporary avant-garde expression. Classically trained in guzheng, Diner has lived and worked in Hong Kong and London, drawing from a rich multicultural journey and evolving from pentatonic roots into a distinct exploration of contemporary East Asian womanhood through embodied experience.

The debut album, penta, was officially released in July 2025. penta reflects on bodily memory and emotional reconstruction, marking a shift from cultural commentary to personal introspection.
