The Leathercoated Minds’ “A Trip Down Sunset Strip” was an exploitation album produced by Snuff Garrett featuring local club acts Gypsy Trips and J.J. Cale under assumed names, plus backing by Leon Russell, Junior Markham and others. The recording was done at Leon’s home in the Hollywood Hills off Cahuenga Pass, known as Sky Hill Studio.

The Sound Gallery was 2-CD a series released by Scamp Records during the ’90s covering production music from the EMI vaults. The series featured a wide variety of ambient recordings from Abbey Road Studios during the ’60s and early ’70s.
