To know and love dublab is to know and love Rachel.

In the six years since our Programming Director, Rachel Day, first volunteered as a sound engineer for dublab, she has seen and orchestrated some of dublab’s most fundamental and exciting changes. Rachel’s ability to appreciate people and the things they care about has shaped dublab into its current form — for that, we’re forever grateful!

On her last day at dublab, August 6, we celebrated Rachel has done for us, the dublab community. In every tangible and intangible sense she is leaving her fingerprints around dublab.

This is the archive of the community broadcast we had, which coincided with Rachel’s weekly office hours. DJs, volunteers, friends, and family gathered to eat pizza, play music, and most importantly, gather around Rachel to thank her for all she’s done and wish her well on her next chapter.
