Her Vision Her Voice is a radio show celebrating the voices of women, women of color, and women in the LGBTQ+ community who are redefining the music and film industries. Hosted by Elyn Kazarian, the show features bold conversations with trailblazers who have turned obstacles into opportunities, using their vision to amplify their voices and inspire change. Paired with a dynamic, hand-curated soundtrack in the first hour by Elyn, Her Vision Her Voice is a space for resilience, creativity, and empowerment to take center stage.
Dani Chavez is a Los Angeles–based artist manager and marketing strategist, and the founder of good girl management. Her roster includes rising musicians Thunder Jackson and Isabella Kensington, as well as award-winning photographer Carianne Older. She also currently works day-to-day with My Chemical Romance.
Previously, Dani worked with FM Group/YMU, contributing to the careers of Chet Faker, Passion Pit, RAC, and more. She’s led campaigns for artists like DJ Valentino Khan, Lloyiso, and Yung Gravy, and formerly served as Head of Digital at Ultra Records, where she oversaw major releases including Black Coffee’s Grammy-winning “Subconsciously”.
A proud NYU grad and former Fool’s Gold Records intern, Dani brings years of experience across music, marketing, and creative strategy.
