Touring solo in 2000, The Orb member and co-producer Andy Hughes beamed into the dublab transporter in June for a live set and an interview with our very own Frosty. Hughes announced that his time with the Orb was over and discussed his various past collaborations (Robert Fripp, Galliano, etc.), his creative process, and a recent change of focus.

Hughes had worked with The Orb heavily for several LPs before moving on, and passed away in 2009 at the tragically young age of 44. This live set covers a range of ambient house and rave/techno sounds, naturally, with moments of industrial techno and rich, electronic dub all the way through — including the insightful interview.
