On this special 2022 dublab Membership Drive episode, Frosty is joined by special guest Omid Walizadeh to present his new mixtape Golhaye Rang a Rang, a mesmerizing collage of original tracks and remixes of Persian pop music alongside flips of pre-revolutionary Iranian and post-revolutionary Tehrangeles sounds. Omid extends the roadmap through inclusion of Kurdish, Egyptian and Syrian samples. Golhaye Rang a Rang also includes live synth by Sassoon Hairapetian, a captivating flow by Tehran-based rapper Roody, plus art by Arash Zarifian.
