Raised in the vibrant ambiance of Jamaican Sound System and Pirate Radio culture, UK-born Hakim Tafari embodies a multifaceted artistic spirit.

Growing up around his Jamaican born Father who was and avid Vinyl collector and Sound System enthusiast, Hakim would soon fall in love with music and the art of music selecting.

Best known for his advocacy for running as a way to calm the mind and achieve embodied awareness, his creativity flows through many forms as a DJ, martial artist, wellness advocate, and meditation teacher.

Deeply influenced by Eastern and African traditions, Hakim infuses his work with rich philosophical undertones, promoting interconnectedness and a balanced life.
