Canary Sound Werk (CSW) is a monthly radio extension of the diverse sounds and shows emanating from Canary’s headquarters in the heart of Los Angeles’s fashion district.

This month’s episode featured a live performance by Kučka and dj set by lurch.
Since 2021, Kučka has grown and developed a unique sound influenced by dance music productions hailing from her UK origins, an intimate touch from her time in the experimental scene of Perth, and glistening vocals from the studio landscape of Los Angeles where she now resides. This is a sound one might best describe as “Ethereal-sad-girl-bass-pop.” We are so happy to be able to share Kučka’s heartfelt and high energy performance with all of you for this super special live set!
Our Canary resident and label manager, lurch, makes a welcomed return, bringing you a meditative dj set festooned in ambient bass, downtempo, trip hop, and hip-hop, that will be thoroughly drenched in obfuscation and sludge.
