Lily Konigsberg is a New York based musician and a long time member of the beloved art-rock band Palberta, whose solo debut Lily We Need To Talk Now was just released on Wharf Cat Records. The album follows her EP It’s Just Like All The Clouds, and a compilation of her early Bandcamp and Soundcloud releases called The Best Of Lily Konigsberg Right Now. Pitchfork once described her music as existing “at the center of a Venn diagram containing haunted dolls, Arthur Russell, and Ariana Grande.”
