Adrian Marth - guest session

Here for two hours on dublab – “The Duality of Blue” is explored through the curated tunes by yours truly… Nasanieru.

The environment you’ll witness strays from the imitative, pursues the creative, and emphasizes the sound to speak fully and freely.

From the roots, “the underground”, and to the surface beyond – the releases contained within “Azul” aim to broaden listeners’ horizons and true understanding.

On this month’s episode, Nasanieru is joined by Dj BloodHound & Dj 5tr8ch of No Nonsense Records.

5tr8tch and Bloodhound are the ones behind No Nonsense Records. We started this communal space and record shop because we saw and absence of places like this in the city that were centered around the underground scene of Los Angeles. the mission of our space is to consistently have curated selections for anyone from DJs to casual listeners, but to also emphasize that this a place to learn, hang out, sesh, and overall somewhere people can come to share common interest’s with like minded people. This city can be very big and intimidating to people trying to get into this music, especially for the youth. My favorite part of this business is getting people records that they have been looking for or haven’t been able to find elsewhere, especially when I know it’s a dj that will play the record in the city for me to hear aswell, it truly is a special moment when I see a dj who’s recently got into vinyl play a record they bought at my shop in a warehouse. I’ve been able to replace peoples record they have lost overseas, rare white labels that you will only come across a hand full of times in life, and records I’ve sold multiple times because I know they are hot. And that’s why I do this,Not for money, but to ensure good music is being played on wax in one of the best underground electronic scenes in the world. ⁃ 5tr8tch
