You’ll also find bits of field recordings from various landscapes to remind you of the rhythm of nature throughout your listening experience. She believes that sound can heal and soothe, especially those from nature.

Living in a fast paced, post-industrial landscape that’s constantly buzzing with noises makes it harder for us to experience the grounding sounds of our earthly sphere. By blending these two components together, R.E.A shares a dreamy mix reminiscent of a warm Saturday afternoon that leads you back to the sounds we know.

Jessica Huang is a vocalist and multi-instrumentalist of experimental shoegaze/dream alternative band Draag based in Sylmar, California. Her influences and personal sonic style embrace the contradictions of blissful yet devastating, overwhelming yet gentle, and heavy yet soft.
