‘Analog Lovers Rock’ is the debut album from LA producer/dj/musician Sahaja. Drawing influences from his expansive vinyl collection of Disco, Afrobeat, Brazilian, R&B, Psyche, and rare New Age music, but made almost exclusively with analog synthesizers + vintage drum machines in the Joshua Tree desert, this colorful & soulful record takes the listener on a musical journey.

Sahaja has been known for rocking parties as a DJ for years. Playing at legendary Los Angeles clubs such as Firecracker, The Do-Over, and Sketchbook, he has shared the tables with everyone from DJ Spinna to Theo Parrish to The Gaslamp Killer. ‘Analog Lovers Rock’ is the culmination of nearly a decade of hiding out as one of the city’s elusive underground musicians. Recorded on retreat in Joshua Tree California in a room looking out over the desert, there is an element of mystery in between notes of this funky record. ‘Analog Lover Rock’ reveals more of its depth with each listen… the first but surely not the last we’ll hear from this burgeoning new artist.
