A playlist dedicated to my friend Amaro Freitas, with whom I released a single this August.
Amaro Freitas is a visionary pianist and composer from Recife, Pernambuco, recognized as one of the most original voices in contemporary jazz. With a unique style that blends improvisation, Afro-Brazilian rhythms, and avant-garde sensibilities, Amaro has established himself as a leading figure in the new generation of Brazilian instrumental music, touring major stages worldwide.
