The Moonlandingz are a semi fictional – genre hopping – enigmatic collective and occasional cultural agitators coming out of Sheffield in the North of England .
Founded by Adrian Flanagan (Eccentronic Research Council/Acid Klaus) in 2015 – along with Producer sythesists Dean Honer (All seeing I/I Monster) and Lias Saoudi (Fat White Family). The musical trio have worked with an interesting bunch of collaborators from Yoko Ono, Sean Lennon, British actress Maxine Peake, Randy Jones from the Village People, Philip Oakey from the Human League, Rebbeca Lucy Taylor (Self Esteem) and on their new/forthcoming album ‘No Rocket Required’, their first album in 8 years continues to pull in the heavyweights with amongst others Iggy Pop, Nadine Shah and new electro pop artist – Jessica Winter.
Adrian Moonlandingz has put together for DUBLAB this 2 hour wayward Mix of Outernational sounds from the underground and has titled it ‘Twilight Music for Twilight Times’ Mix.
Turn it up, Bongs out, trousers loosened, resistance is futile. x
