About Episode 009:
“Don’t be lonely, be with your solitude”
In this episode, Paul and Melody discuss the idea of learning to live with oneself in a moment of crisis like the one we are living in. There is also advice from Melody – how we can ground ourselves in the present, in the everyday activities we partake in.
Melody Wainscott is a biologist and researcher, but most significantly someone who has been living with self isolation due to her mother’s illness and her own personal health problems, since she was a young child – ‘a lifelong accidental isolationist’
