Tru is a Los Angeles-born DJ, artist, and producer whose sets weave meditative-melodic textures, diasporic rhythms, and dancefloor energy into a sound both timeless and experimental. Trained on vinyl at Scratch DJ Academy and seasoned across stages from Coachella to Amsterdam, he’s played with platforms such as NTS, Halfmoon BK, and FTF Radio, and played with brands including Puma, Urban Outfitters, and the Latin Grammys. His genre-bending approach continues to connect community, sound, and social practice through frequency.
