Iris Ipsum is the alias of Solomon Rosenthal, a Los Angeles-based audio, visual, and software designer. Their work spans electronic and experimental music, with releases on labels such as Satellite Era and the UK-based Touched Music, alongside Autechre and Plaid. They have toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe, and recently debuted a new alias, Glyss, with a full length release on Pleasure Tapes and Candlepin Records. In addition to their music, Iris Ipsum offers a collection of homebuilt audio software and hardware tools, many of which are available for free download online.
