Ash. is a Bay Area native, Egyptian-American DJ and curator now based in LA. He is the founder of the deep fried party series and a resident DJ / curation consultant for Karachi Community Radio. A former music blogger and longtime radio host on San Francisco’s BFF.fm, ash. has a genre-agnostic approach to music discovery. He continues to funnel his music discoveries into shraf’s house, a regular newsletter featuring playlists, mixes and personal musings.
