Victoria Janelle

Victoria Janelle Wright is a writer, journalist, producer, filmmaker, and curator who uses her creative and spiritual gifts to cultivate experiences and spark conversations around the intersection of spirituality, empowerment, and culture.
Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Victoria began her writing career in New York City, contributing to The Source magazine across popular culture and entertainment. She then started her blog, Beauty Anthropology, where she interviewed influential women across the arts and entertainment spaces, focusing on their connection with beauty and human development.
Victoria expanded her work to Los Angeles and rebranded her blog to Feather, a creative platform, and production company dedicated to creating content and curating events that bridge spirituality, culture, and empowerment for Black and Brown women. Since 2019, Feather has expanded conversation and involvement around these themes, including written features on initiatives such as WomenxWindws, the original Feather wellness retreat Reset and Reflect, and a self- produced docu-series based on navigating intimacy and building empathy in relationships of all types.
Feather has produced and hosted events for Adidas, Soho House, with partner CBWN, blending community with cultural awareness. Feather has also created original events, such as Reflect and Reset, which bridge spirituality, community, and cultural healing during a day festival for Black and Brown creatives.
