AKP Recordings and dublab present Unknown Movie Night at The River LA on September 7th.

Founded by experimental musical ensemble Arthur King, Unknown Movie Night is a recurring live scoring event where the selected film is unknown to both audience and band until it begins. Hand-picked film selectors and a rotating cast of artists join Arthur King in making each UMN unique. This event is free to the public ages 21 and up.

The evening’s score will be recorded and duplicated in real-time to cassette by CyKiK, and attendees will be able to take home a free copy at the end of the show.

DJ sets from Brian Foote (Kranky/Peak Oil) will bookend the performance.

Free beverages and popcorn will be provided.
