CULTURE BREAK: Dengue Fever, Bob Baker Marionette Museum & Calder Greenwood

Looking for a fun CULTURE BREAK? Get ready for the ultimate midweek vibe in Downtown LA! Introducing CULTURE BREAK – a lunchtime performance series featuring live music and performance art and more—all conveniently located near the easy-to-use regional connector stops along the Metro.
Starting next Wednesday, August 23rd, every Wednesday from Noon to 1 p.m. you can experience the fusion of music and art at various locations across Downtown.
On opening day at Little Tokyo/Arts District Station, groove to the beats of @denguefevermusic – the eclectic sound of Cambodian rock, Afro grooves, and more!
And that’s not all! The incredible puppeteers from @bobbakermarionettetheater and the visionary cardboard sculptor @caldergreenwood will make this an experience you won’t forget. DJ set from dublab DJ Rani de Leon.
Join us at Japanese American National Museum Plaza @jamuseum, 100 North Central Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Hop on the Metro A/E Line to the Little Tokyo/Arts District Station and come vibe with us at this community celebration.
Grab you lunch from our local restaurants and take it outside for a pop-up picnic with us!
