This year’s Echo Park Rising, happening Saturday, August 17th, partners with LA Times to highlight Echo Park’s diverse array of restaurants including Donna’s, Fluffy McClouds, and Poltergeist who are also featured at September’s Los Angeles Times Food Bowl.

As the neighborhood businesses finalize programming, early announcements include: Puppy Hour (bring your pooch, get a treat) at The Chocolate Dispensary, spellbinding indie artist Miya Folick at the Echoplex, Honkey Tonk crooner Rosy Nolan at Gentleman’s Breakfast, marine eyes bringing her women of ambient mix to P.F. Candle, and Adam Ruins Everything’s comedian Adam Conover at Stories.
