Bedrock LA & dublab present: Orange Juice for the Ears

Second Home x dublab present Orange Juice for the Ears, the Barbican commissioned documentary on the work of musical weirdo and visionary Beatie Wolfe – an artist who has beamed her music into space, held an exhibition of her world first album designs at the V&A and been appointed a UN role model – as part of an experiential evening of film, art and conversation.
Join us for the premiere LA screening of this new documentary, directed by indie filmmaker Ross Harris (Elliott Smith, Beck) and followed by a live performance and conversation moderated by Variety’s James Patrick Herman which will be recorded direct to vinyl by Phonocut. The event will also feature new work from Beatie Wolfe including a quadraphonic installation of new music with “the Brian Eno of laughter” Laraaji and an environmental protest piece built using 800,000 years of historic data in collaboration with The Mill. This event is kindly produced by Bedrock.LA.
