My name in this lifetime made of many is Pink Siifu. Pink is my favorite color as well as Blue and Yellow, and eye use color to feel the space and vibe for my music.“Siifu” means “master” in Cantonese, and my influence stems from master musical linguists/teachers like Sa-RA, D’Angelo, Erykah Badu, Ornette Coleman, Madlib, J Dilla, Outkast, N.E.R.D, Frusciante, Sun Ra, Jill Scott, Lil Wayne, and Stevie Wonder. I’m always tryna remember to stay balanced above all and love with all. I’ve been living in LA for 2 years and some change now, and have plans to release collaborative albums, a duo group album, and begin working on my own solo album throughout 2017.
