There was only one crew out there quite like Johnny Hobo and the Freight Trains – cutting teeth and cracking cans in the alleyways and parking lots of Brattleboro, Vermont, they only published a small handful of releases before leader Pat The Bunny disbanded the group (RIP) to go on and form Wingnut Dishwasher’s Union in 2007 (RIP). More recently, Pat successfully completed a year of drug rehab in January 2011, is now based in Tuscon, Arizona, and has formed + tours with his new band Ramshackle Glory. And although they refuse to play any older Johnny Hobo or Wingnut material, the beautifully belligerent spirit of his older work stills holds true to this day. Go Pat!!
