Mount Kimbie have a new video for “You Took Your Time”, a track featuring 22-year-old rapper, singer, musician and songwriter King Krule aka Archy Marshall. This is off their new album Cold Spring Fault Less Youth released in May on Warp Records.

Swedish director Marcus Söderlund created this moody black and white character study, depicting a series of slow moving urban portraits and still lifes that are simply connected by mood and location, reflecting King Krule’s stream-of-consciousness flow. The video was shot near London in the suburb of Tilbury, Essex and evokes a sense of stagnation, and a longing for escape.
