Floria Sigismondi is an internationally acclaimed director and visual artist whose work spans music, film, photography, and fashion. Born to Italian opera singers and named after the heroine of Puccini’s Tosca, she has built a singular visual language defined by painterly beauty, surrealism, and emotional intensity. She has created iconic music videos for artists including David Bowie, Björk, Rihanna, and Justin Timberlake, with several of her works held in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

In film, she wrote and directed The Runaways and helmed The Turning, and her photography has been exhibited internationally alongside some of contemporary art’s most influential figures. A recipient of numerous MTV VMAs, EMAs, and the UKMVA Icon Award, Floria continues to shape the visual culture of music and storytelling in profound and lasting ways.
