Inkswel is a multi genre music producer from Australia, residing in Peramangk country in the Adelaide Hills. An in demand beat smith he has collaborated and worked with the likes of Lee Scratch Perry, Talib Kweli, Moodymann, Amp Fiddler, Steve Spacek, Georgia Anne Muldrow, Dj Spinna, Wordsworth and countless others. A relentless work ethic has manifested over 100 Inkswel production releases and he has put out projects on prestigious labels such as BBE, Sonar Kollektiv, Compost, Tokyo Dawn, Atjazz and Yoruba Soul. He also owns and operates indie record label Inner tribe records with his wife and music partner Erin Buku, a family business focussed on uplifting community and showcasing up and coming underground soul music. A worldwide traveller he has played clubs in Amsterdam, Tokyo, New York, Russia and beyond. In 2021 he was nominated for the Australian Music Prize.
