Information is a trance-forward label co-run by DJ’s Slip (LA) and Screeb (NYC). Together, they’re preparing vinyl-only releases, throwing DIY parties across both cities, and curating a mix series exploring the full spectrum of psychedelia through collective experience.

Their first party in Los Angeles is Saturday, March 7th, with Sybil (UK), Marius Bø (LA debut), 98dots (another LA debut) and local favorite Jane Margarette. Expect an immersive journey that connects introspective trance textures with danceable hypnotic energy until the sun rises at a new secret location in DTLA.

Information is proud to invite one of the co-founders of the Oslo-based collective Ute, Marius Bø. A record label and event series spawned out of hosting gatherings, deep in the Norwegian forest. 

His sets can be seen as a concoction of psychedelic atmospherics, generating dynamic tensions and sublime releases that work both the body and mind, while connecting the dots between old school records and futuristic soundscapes. Whether it’s ambient, idm, trance or techno, the Ute label-head seamlessly blends the sounds with a captivating elegance. His unique approach has brought him to iconic venues such as Pawnshop, Bassiani, FOLD and Macadam, and to renowned festivals like Monument, Organik and Outsider Festival.

Marius will be making his LA debut on Saturday, March 7th - closing out our first party with an extended session until the sun rises and the veil has been lifted.
