Danz CM — the self-produced musician, songwriter, and composer formerly known as Computer Magic whose beloved Synth History zine has reinforced her DIY all-star status — is releasing her 70’s Krautrock-inspired medieval album LÄRM! on November 7.

While indebted to forebears like Can, Neü, and Harmonia, Danz CM also taps into their form-breaking spirit, finding fresh folds and imbuing these otherworldly compositions with her singular touch. 

LÄRM! (meaning “noise” or “commotion”) represents the media we consume everyday; how it’s fed to us via algorithm made by business suits in a boardroom vying for profit; how we’ve at the same time become desensitized to the whole process because it’s all so absurd.
