James has been dedicated to the art of digging and DJing since the turn of the millennium and shortly after renting his first apartment less than one block away from world renowned Gramaphone Records in Chicago. Launching his own radio show Wednesday nights on WNUR 89.3FM in the fall of 2001 year, he also began booking regular shows, events and house parties throughout the windy city featuring local talent and often international artists as well. Taking on his first out-of-town gigs since 2007, he appeared at clubs and events throughout the midwest (Detroit, Milwaukee, St. Louis) and also in Miami (Ultra, WMC), San Francisco (Loveparade), Mexico (BPM, Hard Pop), London, Melbourne, Bulgaria, Serbia and elsewhere off the beaten path. One common thread throughout his years behind the decks has been his love for programming radio sets live on-air as well as recorded monthly for Proton Radio, XM Radio, Pirate Radio UK and most recently live from Los Angeles via his youtube channel.
