Greg Belson, a highly respected, LA-based DJ on the rare soul/funk scene, hosts the monthly dublab show 45 Live. It’s about the love of music, the love of vinyl and having an excellent old time of it. Whatever you do, keep it 45.

45 Live is a collective of DJs from across Europe and the USA who have come together to indulge in and celebrate their love of the mighty 45rpm 7″ single. Hailing from all corners of popular and niche music scenes, the love of the 45 is what drew them all together. Created by UK based DJs Boca 45 and Pete Isaac, 45 Live is fast growing into a record label, festival circuit and events brand, and regular club night session.

Forward thinking UK based independent label Futuristica has been curating left of centre soul featuring artists including Deborah Jordan, Georgie Sweet, Marc Rapson, Nathan Thomas, LaNote, Mecca:83, As Valet, Sun Circle, The Peter Franks Group & of course, DJ Simon S.

Simon has been DJing for over 30 years playing soul and jazz influenced music, ancient to future, across the world. He has shared the decks with such luminaries as Gilles Peterson, Jazzanova, Patrick Forge, Kev Beadle and countless others as well as touring the globe as a member of cult down-tempo trio Break Reform.
