This episode is for sensitive bodies and brains where movement through the world looks different everyday - this episode honors the constant internal movement of our bodies as our fluids and cells shift, migrate, expand, shrink, reproduce, divide, and collide. ‘MOVEMENT INSIDE AND OUT’ is built off of sounds that resonate in the body, in the belly, and in the heart.
