Sounds are home, they bring us back to parts of ourselves that our brain feels we may have forgotten, but our bodies and tissues and deep inner pathways know we have not. Sounds are familiar, they are unfamiliar, or sometimes simply take a few moments to bring us back into a place, a person, a smell, a feeling, a collective push towards something magic and harmonious. Sound is memory, a storage container for tender, joyous, present, melancholic, erupting, inspired archives of our lives... our lives as individuals, and our lives as interdependent, forever connected stitches and textiles creating the fabric of the universe.
