A mix series utilizing sonic exploration to acknowledge bodily systems as containers storing the ability to transform/transport + absorb/release nutritive input and stimuli.

A sonic meditation on coolness. A layer of mossy landscapes offering a blanket of connection, softness, and cooling as we traverse this moment, climate, and seasonal transition alongside one another. How can sound offer a soothing moment of inner and outward care, allowing us to process what it means to be interdependent and tender in this chapter of earth? Field recordings of river beds sprinkled among sonic compositions which can act as archives of how other beings might be moving through their own earthly experiences. How can vessels of sound provide an opportunity to process and regulate? This show hopes to act as a container for thinking about coolness emotionally, spiritually, and physically both within and outside of our interconnected bodies and hearts. Who has access to coolness and who does not and how do we provide coolness for one another?
