Sounds for presence, centering, and feeling the wide abundance of sensation that intentional sonic composition and creation can generate. When our surroundings are uncertain how can sound help us to feel embodied, rooted, and prepared for the immense stimulus of our surroundings? How does music help us to feel resourced, inspired, and clear on our roles in change-making, dismantling systems of harm, and caring for one another? What is it about certain compositions that result in a deep belly feeling of emotion and potential? This organizing of pieces presented in this episode aim to provide joyful stimulation that fills us back up so that we can keep dreaming.
