Encarnación weaves together upbeat international sounds such as highlife, tropicalia, italo, and cumbia with the western music they influenced to create a luminous soundscape that knows no boundaries. With an emphasis on obscurity and low fidelity, Encarnación seeks to draw connections among culture, art, struggle, love, and light.
